Lokal is set to open in Fitzrovia on May 1, 2026, featuring Turkish cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant will have 110 covers, a semi-private dining room, and a cocktail bar. Head Chefs Salih Serden and Akacan Agir will serve handmade mezze, fresh salads, and contemporary dishes like lamb tandir. Cocktails will include unique blends such as the Mesopotamia and Galata. Co-founder Burak Demirelli aims to showcase the depth and diversity of Turkish food while blending authenticity with new ideas.
