Nekter, a deli and wine bar in East London, is set to launch a series of gourmet toasted sandwiches in collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs. The first sandwich, 'The Ynyshir', features high-quality ingredients and is created by chef Gareth Ward from the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ynyshir.
