Kaye is a thirty-one-story residential building located in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. It features 324 apartments and hospitality-grade amenities on multiple floors. The design includes a co-working space on the mezzanine and commercial space at ground level. Grzywinski + Pons is responsible for the architectural design, interior design, and much of the furniture for the project, which is developed for Skanska. The building is set to be completed in 2026.
