Cole's French Dip Just Pushed Back Its Closure, Again

After announcing its impending closure in July, Cole's French Dip just pushed back its last day again. Initially, the 117-year-old restaurant was slated to close at the beginning of August, before owner Cedd Moses pushed it to mid-September amid a wave of strong local support. Now, Cole's will keep its doors open until November 1. A statement from the restaurant provided to Eater points to increased patronage as the reason why Cole's has been able to stay open.
