"It's a really good time," Black said. "Everyone gets a job in the circus; everybody builds tents. And, you're ushering in people to their seats or tables, selling tickets in the ticket booth or going out to the community with flyers. "This year, I'm marketing manager - selling tickets, working with marketing people and the press and photographers. It's fun being a level up and managing those things."
