Maine is known for its fresh seafood, specifically lobster, and has many other foods native to its culinary culture that are unbreakably tied to the state.

In Vermont, Stowe Resort will host its 70th Annual Sunrise Service on April 5. Guests can celebrate Easter morning with a truly special nondenominational sunrise service on top of Vermont's highest peak, co-hosted with the Stowe Community Church. This long-standing tradition is open to all.

This acquisition is a natural and meaningful extension of Stonehill's mission. It will help increase our capacity to enrich the experiences of all students across academics, athletics, recreation and community engagement.

Participants gathered at Constitution Beach, where dozens of "splashers" ran into the freezing water to raise money for the Better Beaches Grant Program. The Boston Public Library, which dates back to 1848, features a beautiful central building in Copley Square with grand murals and fascinating exhibitions. McKim Courtyard, situated right in the middle, provides a perfect place to take a peaceful moment to relax before or after strolling through the stacks. The best part is that the library is free and open to the public.

Whitetail Resort is located in Central Pennsylvania and is a legit hidden gem for skiers and snowboarders in the mid-Atlantic region. This ski resort gets seriously underestimated by many. I was travelling from one resort to another, and Whitetail was on the way to my next destination. I almost didn't go because I was on the road for two weeks straight, but I'm so glad I did-it's way better than I expected.

Though a handful of big names tend to dominate the conversation, skiers willing to venture beyond the usual suspects will find true gems.
