The rally, held at 1 Silber Way, was organized by Terrier Courage, a group that has collected more than 2,000 signatures on a petition urging the university to reconsider its rules on displays on public-facing windows and walls.

A chief tenet of liberation is the freedom to define oneself while being accorded the rights and privileges established and guaranteed under law and social standing.

Instead of overwhelming shoppers with endless options, it focuses on brands with a clear point of view-most of them LGBTQ+ owned, others deeply aligned with the community through their values, partnerships, and impact. Some are small businesses built from the ground up. Others are growing brands challenging industries that haven't always made space for us.

Exploring Transgender Identity in South Carolina is a candid photographic and interview-based documentation of transgender life in South Carolina. This project offers a contemporary visual record of a community that exists largely outside of that narrative yet within its realities.

It can be tough being gay in a straight man's world. When it comes to figuring out our identities, we often have to negotiate our desires with the preconceived expectations around us. This was especially the case for folks who grew up when there was scant representation. Certain attractions may have bubbled, but they remained nameless. Still, that doesn't mean they went unheeded. Gay people have found themselves for centuries.

The citywide LGBTQ political club honored the work of Brad Hoylman-Sigal, who recently took office as the first out Manhattan borough president; Mateo Guerrero, who is the trans justice and leadership director at Make the Road New York; and Nadia Swanson, the director of advocacy and global programs at the Ali Forney Center.

San Antonio recently unveiled new rainbow sidewalks in its Pride heritage district to replace the rainbow crosswalks that city workers removed in January, following anti-LGBTQ+ orders from the Trump administration and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R). Local residents had expressed disappointment towards the city's first out lesbian Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones
