The Wildcat Canyon Flow Trail would be located in the western portion of the park, north of Wildcat Creek Trail on a hillside near the Mezue Road intersection. But what are the common injuries from mountain biking, and what is the recovery like for the most common MTB injuries? Well, I've had most of them over the years. From the minor scrapes and bumps to the more severe head trauma, fractured bones, and ligament damage.

Perhaps you've heard of the Chequamegon Mountain Bike Festival? It's a 40-mile "drag race" from Hayward to Cable, ripping through the Birkebeiner ski trail in the sprawling 1.5 million acre Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in northern Wisconsin. While that annual event may have put the area on the map, it's the massive trail network that's received a recent boost in mileage (and fun!) thanks to the new Trek Trails at Mt. Telemark Village that makes it worth a visit.

The enduro race format, enduro bike setup, and proximity to downhill often lead to more confusion about the sport. As interest grows, I want to outline what enduro mountain biking is. Why it's so awesome, and why you should be paying attention to what I believe is the purest form of mountain biking.

Red Bull Hardline, an invite-only event that is widely regarded as the gnarliest mountain bike race in the world, is back in Tasmania for 2026. On February 7th & 8th of 2026, Hardline Tasmania returns to Maydena Bike Park, with a redesigned upper section of the track and an absolutely packed roster of some of the most talented mountain bikers in the sport's history.

Lems sent me an 11.5 in the Asteroid color way, and it's a handsome shoe. I've been wearing the Trail Thrasher every day for a few weeks now, and it's proven to be a comfortable trail shoe.
