The $7.5 billion proposal would relocate MSG, currently above Penn Station, to a site across Seventh Avenue, allowing for a complete rebuild of the station.
The sculptures are designed to contrast Manhattan's monumental architecture with imagery drawn from fairy tales, archetypal symbols and dreamlike storytelling.
