The brain of the instant camera that prints receipt-like photos is a Raspberry Pi Zero, which is a fully functional computer roughly the size of a credit card. Then, there's a dedicated camera module that connects to the board using a flat ribbon cable and handles the actual image capture.
There's a real convenience to being able to print a lease agreement, a medical form, or a tax document without having to run to a copy shop or library. When you need something signed and returned quickly, having a printer at home means you don't have to rearrange your schedule around a trip across town. That kind of on-demand access saves both time and stress, especially during situations that are already a little chaotic.
The kit consists of nearly 10 individual pieces. At the center of it is a case for the Magic8 Pro. Not only does it serve its photography duties, but it has built-in Qi2 magnets and what Honor calls a radiator grille design, which helps with heat dissipation.
If it's speed you want for sports or action shots of your kids, models like Canon's R50 can shoot bursts as fast as many high-end cameras. Creators, meanwhile, can choose Sony's ZV-E10 for vlogging jobs. There are also great, and cheap, models in the action and gimbal camera categories.
Reading seriously on a tablet means fighting the device as much as the text. Notifications creep in, brightness is calibrated for apps rather than paper, and the browser is always one tap away. E-ink devices have been solving that distraction problem for years, but most are sized for novels rather than the dense PDFs, research papers, and annotated books that require space to actually work on.
Being an entry-level electric car, the EV2 will apparently retail somewhere around $32,000, but don't be fooled by the price or small size (it's barely more than 13 feet long)-the top-spec version will have a 61-kWh battery that should be good for just shy of 280 miles. Meanwhile, the 400-volt e‑GMP platform lets you recharge in 30 minutes from 10 to 80 percent.
Canon released its first PowerShot camera back in 1996 with a 0.5-megapixel sensor, helping kickstart the digital photo revolution. To celebrate that 30-year anniversary, the company has unveiled a Limited Edition version of its still-popular PowerShot G7 X III compact camera. It has a few unique touches but is otherwise the same as the original model released nearly seven years ago.
Hewlett-Packard's business division has long been a mainstay of the company, but with the business world rapidly changing to include new mobile systems and adapt to the bring-your-own-device (BYOD) style of IT, opportunity abounds for new solutions. HP is all over it, announcing several new devices today, ranging from a slim detachable hybrid, an 8-inch Windows tablet built for professionals, and several new takes on the existing HP ElitePad 1000 G2 that gears up the tablet for unique work environments.
In recent years, smartphone photography has become increasingly dominated by software. Computational imaging, AI processing, and post-capture optimisation now play a central role in how images are produced. Yet as these techniques become more widespread, camera hardware is once again emerging as a key differentiator. The REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G Series reflects this shift clearly, placing renewed emphasis on sensor capability and optical fundamentals rather than relying solely on software to define image quality.
