Samsung polled its users and found that 58% of them use buds on a daily basis - and that sound quality is a top priority. That said, most people tend to use only one pair of headphones for everything, so the buds also had to be comfortable and easy to carry.
Apple is widely rumored to be introducing variable aperture on the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max later this year, and Samsung is apparently paying very close attention to iPhone-related rumors. That's because the Korean company is now said to be considering re-adding the feature to its lineup as well. The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S10 both had variable aperture main cameras, but the feature was dropped with the Galaxy S20 generation in 2020.
If you've been debating whether it's time for your child to have their own phone, AT&T just debuted a product to make that decision a little easier -- a simple device with built-in controls billed as the first carrier-designed smartphone for kids. The amiGO Jr. phone was designed in collaboration with Samsung, AT&T says. (It appears to be the Galaxy A16.) It costs just $3 a month, with bill credits, plus your monthly service.

While Samsung's latest flagships receive seven years of security updates (and seven major Android OS updates), that hasn't always been the case. And so, five years after their release, the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra are no longer going to receive any updates from this point forward. Samsung's new 13-inch Color E-Paper is a panel that tries to live in that middle ground, digital enough to update remotely, quiet enough to blend in.

While Samsung has yet to reveal exactly what its AR glasses will offer, they are confirmed to support multimodal artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. This development builds upon Samsung's previously announced partnership with global eyewear brands Gentle Monster and Warby Parker for its AI glasses.
And it's not going to be a special-edition phone either. People familiar with the matter claim that Samsung is planning to produce 1 million units, meaning it's about to become a full-fledged member of the Galaxy foldable lineup. This also signals Samsung's confidence in the product and its belief that it will boost the sales of its foldable devices in general.
In this case, we're talking about the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, taking place from February 4 to February 22. As usual with these devices, Samsung will gift one to each athlete who is competing, almost 3,800 in total from approximately 90 countries. So it's a very limited edition - look out for these on eBay soon, as that's where most of them usually end up.
