Roberts alleges that the girlfriend of David Golden, one of the men she has claimed sexually assaulted her, placed a pill in her mouth and told her it was Adderall. Instead, it was a drug that caused Roberts to black out. While Roberts said she doesn't remember the majority of what happened after blacking out, she said that through the testimony of others at the event, flashes of memory that came back to her and contextual clues, she concluded that she was raped by Golden and another former eXp agent Michael Bjorkman.
In the lawsuit filed last year, Jacobson sought C$5m ($3.6m) from the estate in general, aggravated and punitive damages. He alleged Morrisseau reached into his pants and touched him on the buttocks after Morrisseau's assistant suggested he could heal Jacobson's back pain. In an affidavit filed last September, Jacobson acknowledged that Morrisseau suffered from Parkinson's disease, but claimed he was "still able to use his arms and hands in 2006, with assistance".
A civil lawsuit that alleged Conor McGregor sexually assaulted a woman in the bathroom at an NBA game in 2023 was dropped in U.S. District Court on Wednesday, after the alleged victim voluntarily filed for dismissal. The alleged victim, who is described in the lawsuit as a 49-year-old business executive, had accused McGregor of sexual battery during a Miami Heat game in June 2023 at Kaseya Center in Miami.
