Lidar and AI vision enhance robot mowers' ability to navigate and cut grass in challenging environments.
"We're essentially nine months away from testing an electric cargo plane, and then from there, we're hopefully a year and a half away from flying passengers on the plane," Louis Saint-Cyr, the president of Surf Air Mobility, stated.
In the past, roof inspections mostly focused on what could be seen from the outside. Contractors looked for broken shingles, worn flashing, or areas where water might enter the roof. With eight cameras operating at 1 millimetre resolution, TerraScout can generate billions of data points per acre, allowing it to identify specific objects, including individual weeds.
