Our leadership team was recently made aware of allegations against an Embark employee. We take these matters seriously, and as a part of our process for addressing any types of allegations, we immediately hired a law firm to conduct an external investigation. The investigation did not substantiate the allegations, but we found the situation unsustainable and mutually agreed to part ways with Rob.
On October 3, JKN Universe, the company owned by Miss Universe CEO Anne Jakrajutatip, filed a complaint against Rose's company, VVV Global Ent. (The complaint notes that Rose is VVV's only member.) In the complaint, filed in the Southern District of New York, JKN said VVV failed to pay the $100,000 salary of Miss USA 2024 Alma Cooper, as well as the promised scholarship money to Miss Teen USA 2023 UmaSofia Srivastava and Miss Teen USA 2024 Addie Carver.
