The alley likely came into existence when the first Leadenhall Market, as a market for herbs, opened, with a long passage leading from the market to Gracechurch Street. The alley used to be longer and straighter, but the eastern half was cut off when a building was constructed on the site. Disneyland will begin offering weddings in July for the first time in front of the Haunted Mansion starting at $25,000 to $40,000, according to the official Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons website.
The House of the Griffins, one of the most significant luxury homes on Rome's Palatine hill to survive from the Republican era, is opening to the public for the first time since its discovery more than a century ago with a livestreamed on-site video tour.
