Scott Quigley was indicted on a charge of negligent motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence, following a crash that resulted in the death of Angelo Schettino, a 37-year-old man with developmental disabilities.

Ralph Fleuristil, 34, was arrested Feb. 6 after police executed a search warrant at a home on Ferdinand Street in Melrose, the Malden Police Department announced. According to the complaint issued with the arrest warrant, the home is believed to be Fleuristil's. Fleuristil is charged with two felony counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, one felony count of assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled, and a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery, court documents show.
At about 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a report of an assault and battery in progress at 226 Causeway St. When officers arrived, they were told that Morel had assaulted multiple students from a nearby school as it was being dismissed, according to Boston police.
