Ralph Fleuristil, 34, was arrested Feb. 6 after police executed a search warrant at a home on Ferdinand Street in Melrose, the Malden Police Department announced. Fleuristil is charged with two felony counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, one felony count of assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled, and a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery, court documents show.

At about 11:15 a.m., MBTA Transit Police received a call about a man armed with a butcher's knife who was threatening people near the upper busway.

At about 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a report of an assault and battery in progress at 226 Causeway St. When officers arrived, they were told that Morel had assaulted multiple students from a nearby school as it was being dismissed, according to Boston police.
