It started out as an album full of death metal songs with speed and aggression. Then Chris had the brilliant idea to keep half of those death metal songs and add some groovier songs in the vein of the early SIX FEET UNDER material.
Randy and I are incredibly grateful that our music has endured all these years. Knowing that people still want to hear these songs live means everything to us, and when we go out on stage, our goal is to truly honour the music.
Terror remain a veteran hardcore band that is deeply involved with the current hardcore scene, and every band opening this tour is a band that's shaping the future of hardcore as we speak: LIHC ass-kickers Pain of Truth, Baltimore's charismatic End It, and LA youth crew revivalists Start Today.
I'm extremely excited to get back out on the road supporting our newest album This Consequence! We are hitting major cities and bringing along with us an absolutely killer lineup with the legendary Robb Flynn and Machine Head, thrash masters Iron Reagan, and rounded out by the mighty Havok. This is a stacked and powerful crew of bands that will electrify and dominate wherever we roll up to.
We wanna do two days in Aston Villa [in Birmingham] and then come to America. And we wanna hear from everyone where we should go in America. And also we've gotta find a lot of young, new talent, because that's what [Ozzy] would want. That's what Ozzfest was all about. That second stage, that was the incubator - that's where so many [bands] came out of.
Avatar have announced a Spring 2026 US tour with Fleshgod Apocalypse and Frozen Soul. Dates kick off April 16th in Sacramento, California, and run through May 20th in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. "By the time this tour begins, it will have been just under three years since our last US headliner, and we are absolutely shooting for the moon to celebrate our return," Motionless in White stated in a press release. "We could not be more excited to visit our American fans who have been incredibly patient with us, and can't wait to give them the first performances of new material from our upcoming album. See you this summer!"
The trek celebrates Five Finger Death Punch's 20th anniversary, and the veteran band will be allocating a portion of ticket sale proceeds to support high-performance programs for US athletes as they prepare for international competition, including the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games. Specifically, founding guitarist Zoltan Bathory has selected USA Judo, the National Governing Body for Judo in the US, as his beneficiary, while vocalist Ivan Moody will direct his contribution to the USA Cycling BMX Racing and BMX Freestyle teams.
Finnish psychedelic black metal band Oranssi Pazuzu released two great albums in the past six years, but they haven't toured this part of the world since before either of them came out. That will soon change; they've announced a North American tour, their first in seven years, happening in May following their set at Northwest Terror Fest and surrounding their set at Maryland Deathfest.
Black Country, New Road are set to tour the United States and Canada in June and July. It's the now-sextet's second run of North American shows since releasing Forever Howlong, their first album since the departure of frontman Isaac Wood, last year. Chicago's Horsegirl will open at all dates. Check out Black Country, New Road's full 2026 itinerary below. Revisit the interview Black Country, New Road Head Into the Unknown.
Fresh off a trek with the B-52's late last year, the band announced a West Coast run aptly titled the Mutate, Don't Stagnate tour, and has now filled out its 2026 schedule with a batch of June dates in Eastern North America. All those shows will take place ahead of Devo's remaining Cosmic De-Evolution Tour gigs with the B-52's, in England.
