Odell Beckham Jr. is interested in rejoining the New York Giants, but no deal is imminent as a workout is likely needed first.
We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments. I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.
EAST RUITHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants and new coach John Harbaugh are hiring NFL executive Dawn Aponte as senior vice president of football operations and strategy, sources told ESPN. It's a move that comes just weeks after it was announced that senior VP of football operations and strategy Kevin Abrams would be leaving the organization. That was the first big shakeup under Harbaugh, who is expected to reshape the organization after negotiating that he reports directly to ownership.
The Cowboys' season never seemed to get off of the launch pad. It took the team 13 weeks to finally get over.500 for the first time. The three-game win streak, capped by a Thanksgiving Day win over Kansas City, put Dallas at 6-5-1 and gave the franchise hope for the playoffs. The three-game losing streak that followed ended the playoff hopes. Sunday's loss to the Giants sealed the Cowboys' fate of suffering a second-straight losing year.
Following their decisions to shelve Brock Bowers and Maxx Crosby, the Raiders secured the No. 1 overall pick. After entering Week 17 in that slot, the Giants - as they did in 2024 - slipped out of the top two thanks to a late-season win. Big Blue's victories over the Raiders and Cowboys dropped them to No. 5, with today's win allowing the Jets, Cardinals and Titans to leapfrog them.
The second-year tight end was shown on the scoreboard sitting courtside during the game, smiling and waving to the camera. He later reposted a picture taken and posted on social media by a New York Post reporter and responded, "I am not sick." The Giants said that Johnson is dealing with a non-contagious infection, not the flu or COVID, where being around other people would not be a risk.
