The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is not a phone that tries to disappear in your hand or your pocket. The gigantic circular Leica camera island still dominates the rear panel, just like on the previous model, but there is a subtle shift in design language. With a flatter back panel and flat side frame, the 17 Ultra leans into a cleaner, more minimal look than the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
Armed with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, the V70 Elite is offering flagship-level performance. V70 Elite gets a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset alongside LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The V70 Elite is built around a 6.59-inch AMOLED with FHD+ and an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is rated at up to 5,000 nits peak local brightness and gets a 32MP selfie camera and an integrated ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
Oppo used laser scanning to measure the hinge surface at 0.3 micrometer precision, and then used 3D liquid printing to apply polymer droplets, which it then UV-cured layer-by-layer. This reduces the hinge unevenness from about 0.2 mm to 0.05mm.
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is rumored to launch later this month and it will be the first Find X-series Ultra phone to go global. This will apparently be the Find X9 Ultra top-tier version, equipped with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It will also feature an exclusive design and a teleconverter kit, which has already leaked.
