Ginsburg stated that treating builder business as a core pillar rather than a side channel reflects a broader industry shift. He believes a healthy balance of builders should be around 15% to 20% of the overall retail book of business.
"The clients are a family of five who were already living in the Barcelona flat but wanted to give it new character through the redesign of the kitchen and bathrooms," says Muñoz. "Our focus was to update the spaces while maintaining continuity with the rest of the apartment, which has a lot of personality thanks to the clients."
Rising utility costs continue to be a pain for the average U.S. renter. Energy-efficient rental features that help lower these costs like LED lighting, good insulation, and smart thermostats are becoming a baseline for renters.

Buyers in many areas have more options than they did during the pandemic-era frenzy, with inventory rebounding from historic lows and competition easing.
