The future of entrepreneurship lies in creating meaningful in-person experiences rather than relying solely on virtual events.
"Collective bargaining has been the fastest and most effective way for the regulation of AI technology," SAG-AFTRA Executive Director Duncan Crabtree-Ireland stated, emphasizing the union's role in shaping AI usage in Hollywood.
Elizabeth brings exactly the kind of experience we need as we build Blink49's Brand Studio. She has a proven track record of creating smart partnerships, navigating the media landscape, and developing programs that connect brand ambition with culturally impactful, premium storytelling.
When we're touring a space, one of the first items they bring up is, 'Where can I build a studio?' said Blake Eckert, who leases CIM offices in L.A. Their studio offices also serve as marketing centers, with showrooms and meeting spaces where brands can host proprietary events not open to the public.
With the launch of Storyground, we're further building upon our expertise as premium and innovative storytellers-deepening audience engagement and creating meaningful value for our partners. Last year, we introduced A+E Global Media to reflect the full depth and breadth of who we are: a multi-faceted global media and entertainment company, reflected in the strength and scale of our content, talent and global platforms reach.
We need someone who has that native fluency, who understands the platforms, who is living and breathing the zeitgeist. But they also have to be someone who can understand the strategy of the business. There's no one on the team right now that we feel like could do this job.
Well, our guest today argues that the best way is by moving to a more project-driven model of work, up and down the organization from the corporate level to individual teams. He wants us to both ruthlessly prioritize as well as stay fluid so that we're identifying strategic goals, assembling teams to go after them, evaluating as we go, and then either continuing, shifting, or disbanding based on our outcomes.

They also specifically asked not to have a TV script. Come the pitch, the agency brought in their chief strategist who acted out the viral script. Dean's reaction? "Scared shitless. We've got to do it." The campaign went on to create huge amounts of attention with the delight of people sharing it being one thing and the outrage of some adding to the high profile of the video.
Every week there are stories of brands retendering, with agencies enthusiastically falling over one another in a race to the bottom on margins. Among the most recent cases, Hilton has set about building its own internal "centers of excellence" dedicated to specific media and marketing areas, which will be reinforced by the right niche and independent agency. One of the unintended consequences of the digital revolution has been to challenge the identity and purpose of the all-encompassing agency.
Winning a prestigious award, such as our recent Gold at The Drum Awards for PR in the Entertainment category, is always a proud moment for us as an agency. It validates our expertise, builds credibility, and sets us apart in a competitive market. We leverage awards as a key part of our marketing and business strategy in various ways. Sharing the win with clients reinforces their choice to work with us - after all, everyone wants to partner with a winner!
