Court records indicate that Mikhail Grabovski was charged with assault on March 30, with a first court appearance set for June 12 in Newmarket, Ont.

Isaiah Jamon Andrews, 20, of Kern, Washington, is suspected of fatally shooting a 20-year-old man at a hotel in Seattle on October 15.
