A boy driving a stolen car at excessive speeds hit and killed another motorist Tuesday morning in Oakley while trying to flee from officers, police said. Initially chased by Antioch officers, the car roared into Oakley at speeds of 80 mph around 10:25 a.m. at Main Street and Bridgehead Road, according to the Oakley Police Department.
